If you use our Facebook Messenger integration, we collect message content, sender information, and timestamps. Messages sent through Facebook Messenger are also subject to Meta's own privacy policies.
Client Account Information
When you sign up as a client, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing information, and business-specific details needed to configure your AI receptionist.
Website Data
We collect standard web analytics data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs.

- Anthropic (Claude AI) - Provides the large language model that drives conversation intelligence
- Twilio - Provides telephony infrastructure for call routing and SMS
- ElevenLabs - Provides voice synthesis for natural-sounding AI speech
- Meta / Facebook - Messenger integration for businesses that opt in
- Lemon Squeezy - Merchant of record that processes subscription payments securely
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. HIPAA & Healthcare Data
Many of our clients operate in healthcare - dental offices, medical practices, and mental health providers. We understand the sensitivity of protected health information (PHI) and take appropriate measures to safeguard it. We are prepared to enter into Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with healthcare clients as required under HIPAA. 5. Data Retention
Call recordings and transcripts are retained for up to 90 days to ensure service quality and allow clients to review interactions. After 90 days, recordings are automatically deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law or requested by the client. Account and billing information is retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
